
A Collective Journey to the Heart of Corporate Identity
At TeamSystem, values are not just words framed on walls — they are living, shared principles that guide daily decisions and shape organizational culture.
The Festival of Values marked the beginning of a journey — a participatory, traveling transformation process that reached the company’s seven main Italian offices, from Pesaro to Turin, involving over 1,500 people over six months.
We envisioned this path as a distributed festival, where each stop became an opportunity for listening, reflection, and co-creation.
An event that brought the company’s values to life through immersive experiences, speculative design tools, and carefully crafted activities that helped embed the organization’s cultural identity — even through interactive formats like musical tastings and the innovation iceberg.
The approach made it possible to translate the value system into tangible tools, which are now actively used in onboarding, training, and performance evaluation programs.
A New Organizational Language
What we learned is that values don’t live in manuals — they live in everyday choices, in conflicts, in conversations.
We learned that to be true, values must be recognized every day, must resemble the people who chose them, and must speak a language that is both accessible and powerful.
The Festival made it possible to create this shared language — an emotional and strategic vocabulary that now guides TeamSystem’s cultural evolution.
An Ongoing Impact
Today, the value architecture that emerged from the Festival continues to generate impact.
The transformation hasn’t stopped: it has become a permanent part of decision-making processes and professional relationships.
We’ve left a mark that goes beyond the event — a new way of thinking, communicating, and acting on change.
