Off-site and team building
During the Best Workplaces Europe 2022 award day, 180 European HRs participate in 20 panel discussions with one mission: to imagine the future of organizations.
Accompanying them in the endeavor is a group of illustrators and cartoonists Gen Z, who drew their vision, resulting in a collective comic strip of the future and brought the perspective of a new generation.

Two offsite days in a Tuscan village near the sea, where the Generation and Trading Business Unit got together for the first time.
The event combined the seriousness of a convention on the future of the company and a workshop on the design method with concert moments, orienteering activities, pizza courses and much more.
