It is important that you have +
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience – even limited or from personal/university projects – managing cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Knowledge of services like RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation/CDK, with the ability to configure and monitor them.
The ability to create CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with automation tools like GitHub Actions, Terraform, or similar.
Sensitivity to topics like security, monitoring, cost management, and high availability.
A proactive mindset when it comes to exploring new cloud-native technologies to boost infrastructure efficiency and resilience.
The ability to work autonomously while also collaborating with the development team to implement practical solutions.
Fluency in both Italian and English.
Interest in a permanent, full-time role. -
If you have them, it's a great help +
Experience with other cloud-native services beyond AWS.
Familiarity with components like Next.js, NestJS, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Python, and Go.
Comfort with working in tool-based environments using GitHub, Linear, Discord, and Outline.
A mindset oriented toward iterative and pragmatic infrastructure growth.
Previous experience in startup contexts or agile, low-bureaucracy teams. -

Work closely with the CTO and Tech Lead, contributing directly to technical and architectural decisions.

Interview process
We start with an informal chat to align on expectations, followed by a hands-on technical task (no tricky quizzes or theoretical tests). If all goes well, we’ll move to a final conversation to meet the team and discuss the offer.
Time & Place
Hybrid work: roughly two in-person days per week (Milan or Arco, TN), the rest wherever you work best.
Flexible working hours.
Tools & Compensation
You’ll receive a MacBook Pro and a 27” monitor at the office.
Annual salary between €32,000 and €39,000, depending on experience.
