Client
We brought into the future over 150 representatives of 100 European Best Places to work for. Through a journey inspired by speculative design, together with twenty under 30 artists and illustrators, we envisaged how European companies will respond to future challenges in the search, growth and care of talents in the context of social, technological and business changes.

An engagement learning journey started in 2019 to support Conad during the implementation of a new strategy of customer relations and retention: transforming the store from a «a place to shop» to a relational environment. Through Conad Academy, for over three years Futurberry has been supporting Conad professionals during the new professional training experience for their employees.

A one-day festival on sustainability dedicated to 170 people who had not seen each other for a long time. Social relations, stamina and levity were at the centre of the event where the participants moved from station to station to enjoy experiences designed to get to know each other, have fun and discover sides of their personalities not frequently shown at work.

Disruption on the road
Client
The journey involved over 70 people from different backgrounds (IT, Legal, Compliance, Operation, HR, etc.). Divided into groups, they practiced a series of live or remote activities based on methodologies used in theatre, gaming, speculative design and participative art, and designed to practise an innovative mindset to face the changes within the food sector.

Transforming Service
Client
During a 14 months journey we supported the service department of French multinational corporation Alstom, during their digital transformation started in 2021.
Futureberry designed a journey to support the whole workforce (more than 1000 people) to embrace change, understand its motives and develop a proactive behaviour towards transformation, ultimately with the realization of a graphic novel.
