Collaborating with different stakeholders, we built an innovative training course based on the Continuous & Engagement Learning philosophy.
The learning strands offered vertical content - specific to the professionalism of different targets - and content related to soft skills.
The goal? To activate a transformation of Concepts from a simple store to a relational platform.

Together with Nestlé, we have started "Disruption on the road", a journey dedicated to the discovery and growth of the spirit of innovation.
The journey involved over 70 people from different backgrounds (IT, Legal, Compliance, Operation, HR, etc.). Divided into groups, they practiced a series of live or remote activities based on methodologies used in theatre, gaming, speculative design and participative art, and designed to practise an innovative mindset to face the changes within the food sector.

When an organization plans together with the entire population for a new workspace, it is always challenging.
Futureberry took the lead, defining 4 design phases that could help planners identify the needs, wants, and ambitions of all Nexi about the new location.
We were called upon to perform a threefold function: to gather the needs of the organizational population and transform the needs into pillars of design and space organization, to develop a pathway for transforming ways of working, and to create engagement and communication on the many issues related to the change of location.
