📡 According to Behavioral Scientist, a well-known nonprofit magazine, it is not so much distance that creates a communication problem between members of work teams.
📚 In fact, it turns out that, according to a study based on tests of 250 different professionals, communication based on “spikes in speed” (i.e., not continuous, but with a tight exchange of messages and info in small equidistant time lapses) increases the quality of performance by 24%.
🎆 Thus, it seems necessary not to disincentivize remote work, but rather to educate on effective, high-performance communication!
