Understanding to compete: what are the new generations really looking for?
“Is the talent war really the problem? Or are we asking the wrong question?”
With this provocation Argentina Giusti opened her speech at the panel organized by Grafton Recruitment, on the occasion of the presentation of the new report produced in collaboration with Intwig. A meeting created to understand the challenges – and opportunities – that companies face today in attracting Gen Z and Millennial talent.
🌍 The event was held on May 15 at the Milan headquarters of Gi Group Holding, and was attended by authoritative voices from the Italian and international corporate scene. The objective? To tell what really drives the professional choices of the new generations.
Spoiler: it is not (only) a question of competitive salary or flexibility.
Young talents demand consistency, lived values, contexts where they can really grow. They seek space to express themselves and feel part of something authentic.
And in FUTUREBERRY we asked ourselves: what if we stopped looking for the “perfect candidate” in the usual places and instead started building new connections? That’s how AICH Off, our hackathon, was born, a space where more than 3,000 people have already explored AI in experimental, creative and shared ways.
🎯 Because the future is not predicted. It is co-constructed.
