    +

Hello, this is Stefano from Futureberry!
We have an ambitious plan and are looking for a great person to join our team to better communicate our universe.

    • Position +

      Business Partner
    • You recognize yourself as +

A person who loves to experiment and be curious, even and especially beyond her work.
In Futureberry there are alpine explorers, bee lovers, theater actresses, art observers, avid readers. Okay, you are a Business Partner, but what else are you?
It is also important that you recognize yourself as someone who wants to have a positive impact: in Futureberry this is essential.
The Berries, those in private and those when we are together, are always trying to make their mark: in the companies we go to, in the communities we interact with or simply in our everyday working lives, in true B Corp style.
    • It is important that you have +

At least 15 years of professional experience in corporate and/or consulting roles, in national or multinational contexts.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, either as a generalist or in a Center of Expertise.
A proven commercial track record (5–7+ years) in the consulting field, with an active and recognized professional network.
Hands-on exposure to core business functions such as marketing, sales, and operations.
Familiarity with organizational and managerial complexity.
Experience working by project, with a goal-oriented and autonomous mindset.
    • If you have them, it's a great help +

Experience as a coach, trainer, or project lead.
Active involvement in professional communities, associations, or B2B networking ecosystems.
Deep understanding of themes such as cultural transformation, innovation, digital evolution, and the future of work.
The ability to think strategically and laterally, interpreting market and organizational dynamics with originality.
    • What can you develop +

This role gives you the opportunity to join Futureberry’s Leadership Team and actively contribute to the company’s internal and external growth.

As a Business Partner, you’ll be both an ambassador and a builder: cultivating relationships, strengthening our consulting offering, and helping evolve our internal structure.

      You will:
Lead or participate in consulting, coaching, and training projects
Support the development of organizational and strategic initiatives
Enrich internal know-how by sharing your experience and perspective
Influence the direction of a company that values diverse ways of thinking and doing

Futureberry is not a conventional consultancy: lateral thinking, experimentation, care for people and systems are how we work every day.
    • Deadline + other info +

      _ Interview process
You’ll first meet our CEO for an initial conversation, followed by one or more discussions with members of our team to explore alignment, vision, and potential opportunities to collaborate.

      _ Time & Place
Our main office is in Milan. In-person presence is expected, but with flexible arrangements. Some travel will be required to meet clients and partners.

      _ Tools & Compensation
Salary and contractual details will be defined based on your profile.
We’re open to equity and partnership structures, for candidates who wish to take part in the symbolic and strategic capital of the company.

      _ Extra notes
This is not just a managerial role — it’s a chance to shape a business that questions traditional consulting models.
If you’re looking for a place where you can be an entrepreneur of your own experience, create real impact, and co-build a piece of the future, we should talk.
