Communication Designer - Stage with Expense Reimbursement -
You recognize yourself as +
A person who loves to experiment and be curious, even and especially beyond her work.
In Futureberry there are alpine explorers, bee lovers, theater actresses, art observers, avid readers. Okay, you are a communicator/communicator, but what else are you?
It is also important that you recognize yourself as someone who wants to have a positive impact: in Futureberrv this is essential.
The Berries, those in private and those when we are together, are always trying to make their mark: in the companies we go to, in the communities we interact with or simply in our everyday working lives, in true B Corp style. -

A bachelor's or master's degree in Communication, Graphics, Marketing or related. People seeking curricular internships are also welcome
Passion for the world of communication: you will be dealing with Futureberry's social networks and communication channels every day, from concept creation to practical implementation to performance analysis and small campaign management.
Being a good/good copywriter helps a lot, as does having a good foundation of different Adobe Creative Cloud programs such as Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects and Lightroom.
You don't have to excel at everything: it's an internship, you can and should grow! -
If you have them, it's a great help +
Ability to use a camera, to shoot photos and videos, all the way to post production: we do a lot of events in Futureberry, and the most important moments need to be captured!
Ability to create and manage an editorial plan: we often use Monday to manage content calendaring, and Google Suite to share and exchange files.
It also happens often to help with some graphic output: it is a good thing to know how to layout different types of content such as reports, slides, gadgets, packaging, documents, books, brochures. -
What can you develop +
You will be able to develop skills related to the all-round management of the Futureberry brand-from the most practical to the most strategic.
You will discover for yourself* that within Futureberry, knowing how to work in a team is crucial: it will be one of the skills you will definitely develop, from an organizational standpoint to managing feedback given and received. -

_Interview
The interview stages involve a first meeting with me + another Berries (online or otherwise, but we prefer to meet you in person here in Milan), and a second one again with me + Dino (in this case, in person in Milan).
_Time and space
Managing your time in Futureberry is individual and independent (you know when you need to disconnect, just as you know when there is a goal to be accomplished), but also an important test of maturity. The internship will be paid with a €750 stipend.
The work is hybrid, with freedom of choice on days to be done remotely or in person, except for Monday, the only day where it is highly recommended to be in Milan (in TAG Calabiana, Milano) to catch up and be all together. It is always highly recommended to be as present as possible in C30 at least for the first few months-we will learn and get to know each other faster.

You will be provided with a company laptop. Expense reimbursements are provided for travel outside Milan.
