This time we delved into the world of food, trying to intercept some changes that could drastically change the way we view some particular ingredients.
That’s why the guest who joined us in the studio for this crunchy (it has to be said π¦) episode is Edoardo Imparato, co-founder of Small Giants, an Italian company that produces snacks and pasta made from cricket flour.
PS: In the tail end of the episode, we ambushed our Michele‘s parents, unbeknownst to them sampling some of Small Giants‘ products.
